Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Joey! We were what you would probably call “difficult” customers for Joey. We had a tight budget and were looking for a lot of house for a little price. We ended up looking at mostly foreclosures and short sales. Joey never trailed off on his service level and proved to be very knowledgeable about the entire process. He worked around our schedule and was always available when we needed him. He worked well with our bank and anyone else that needed information on the house. He is very personable and got to be good buddies with our 2 year old daughter. I think she got to be more excited to see him than the houses! He never pushed, but didn’t pull any punches when you asked for his opinion. Overall he gave us a great buying experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We were both buyers and sellers with Joey Marino III, and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We were very nervous with this process especially in this economy, but Joey was able to answer all our questions (and I ask like 5 million questions) and explain things each step of the way. Joey was always available when we needed him and was great about keeping us updated on any progress and on the current status of our home. He was pretty innovative in the way he marketed our home, and we felt it was well represented in the highly saturated market of homes for sale.
