My husband and I had thinking about selling our house for some time, and met Joey by coincidence and figured we might as well try. That coincidence was the best thing that could have happened to us. Joey is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market, made excellent suggestions to get the house ready for sale, and was always available anytime we had any questions even outside normal business hours.

We had a buyer whose bank tried to screw us every way to Sunday, and Joey sorted through the entire mess, explained exactly what was happening and what was coming, and gave us as many options as possible. I don’t think we could have sold the house, let alone for the amount we got for it, without him.
