Here’s what they had to say about us:

We were both buyers and sellers with Joey Marino III, and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We were very nervous with this process especially in this economy, but Joey was able to answer all our questions (and I ask like 5 million questions) and explain things each step of the way. Joey was always available when we needed him and was great about keeping us updated on any progress and on the current status of our home. He was pretty innovative in the way he marketed our home, and we felt it was well represented in the highly saturated market of homes for sale. He was also open to ideas and willing to work with us if we had things we wanted to try. Our home sold fairly quickly, under 2 months, and I really don’t feel that would have happened without his dedication and motivation to sell our home. By the time the process was over, I feel like we gained a friend, someone who was truly looking out for our best interest and someone who gave us the personal attention we needed to feel comfortable about letting him take the reins in helping us to successfully buy AND sell our homes. The following article states that the influx of first time buyers has caused a surge in second time “move-up” buyers looking for a good deal. The average Stark County home is only a fraction of the cost of California home. Not to mention our living expenses are considerably lower.  The luxurious homes in Jackson , Perry, and Plain Townships surrounding Canton are low priced compared to anywhere.  With all the things northeast Ohio can offer, it’s a great place for people to move looking to upgrade their lives and spend the least amount doing it!
