Growing up with parents, grandparents, and uncles as Realtors and auctioneers, I always had a knack for real estate. I was quoted as determining whether a home would qualify for FHA financing at the age of 8.
Since I am the third generation Joe Marino Realtor in our office, I go by Joey to end the confusion.
I always knew I would be a Realtor and thought, “How could I do this job better than anyone else?” While pursuing a degree in Computer Science, I decided I would make services that nobody else offered using my technological expertise.
